Compassion
We had just received our sweet girl Lucyfer's cremated remains in a beautiful mother of pearl urn and we forgot to mention that we wanted to place some of the ashes into pendants and worried about breaking the seal or the urn itself so we called and asked. I spoke with Scott and he was so very helpful in his directions to open the urn and let me know if it broke he would have it replaced and delivered to my vet free of charge. I am blown away right now, I wish I had the right words to describe the gratitude I feel. This kind of care and compassion is so far above and beyond what I've ever encountered and my family wishes to give thanks to Scott and the team. Bless you 🙏

I was blown away when I received Lola's ashes. From blue box with dark crinkled paper to cedar box and thoughtful card. It was very beautiful. Your service is A++ and I am so glad it was there when I lost Lola. Thank you.

Our beloved dog Siu Hai passed away month ago. I called Until we meet again after some google search and talked to a very nice lady on the phone (sorry I forgot her name cause I was so stress at that time). The lady was so patient and compassionate and she explained in details about the cremation process to us. In the end we went through the process via our vet (Central Park veterinary hospital) and got back Siu Hai's urn and fur colour matching paw print yesterday. The urn was exactly what we wanted and the paw print was done beautifully. We also love the certificate of cremation card included which stated the date of cremation and also assured us the process was done with respect, dignity and compassion . Thank u all the staff member at Until we meet again you guys are amazing !

Couple years ago we meet this company at the Pet Expo. They were friendly and kind, also very helpful for the future of our pets.
When we lost our Bailey, we found out our vet was using them for our beloved Bailey’s cremation. We were happy to know our beloved Bailey was in good hands.
When we got her back, we read the little card that came with her. Our hearts felt better knowing our Bailey was respect and cared for even in death. Thank-you !
